MUSIC REQUEST FORM - PERSONALISE YOUR WEDDING PLAYLIST WITH COTSWOLD DJ CO
BRIDES & GROOMS ONLY!
This form helps me understand your music taste and vision for the evening. This gives me a great insight into your music tastes and your guests — you know your friends and family better than anyone. I’ll use this alongside my experience of reading the room to shape the night and keep the dancefloor moving.
When completing the music request form, there’s no need to worry about putting your song selections in any particular order. Your DJ will organise them according to BPM/tempo, key, and genre to create a seamless flow throughout the event.
Most couples choose around 30 songs in total and trust the DJ with the rest of the playlist. Please ensure your song requests are submitted at least 14 days before the wedding, as last-minute requests cannot be guaranteed.
You’re very welcome to send a Spotify or Apple Music playlist. As a guide, 3–4 hours of music is ideal. If a longer playlist is provided, I will work from the first 3–4 hours when preparing for your evening.
